Questions we get

How do I know a tool will fit what I own?

Every listing carries the sizes we were given by the maker, in both imperial and metric where the source states both. Hex ranges, tablet widths, hose capacities and vent types are written into the description rather than left to an image. If a figure you need is missing, ask us before ordering.

Will adhesive mounts damage my wall or desk?

The adhesive items in the workspace and tech shelves are designed to lift away without residue on hard surfaces such as metal, glass, wood and tile. Textured, plush or limewashed surfaces are not suitable. Clean and dry the spot first, then press firmly and leave the bond alone for the time the instructions state.

How should I care for metal and acrylic pieces?

Wipe metal stands and tool shafts dry after use so the finish keeps its color, and clean acrylic with a soft damp cloth only. Abrasive pads and solvent cleaners cloud acrylic permanently. Fabric organizers can be emptied and sponged clean, then left to dry fully before they go back.

Are the car items universal fit?

Most are, and the listing says so where it is the case. Vent mounts are the exception worth checking: they hang on horizontal or vertical vent blades and will not work on round vents, so measure your blade before you order.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order to any of the 50 US states, with no minimum order value. We do not ship outside the United States and there is no expedited option to pay for.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 0-1 business days, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. You will get an email with a tracking number the moment the parcel is handed over.

Can I return something I simply do not want?

No. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damage in transit or a wrong item received, within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind is not covered, so ask us anything you are unsure about first.

What if a parcel turns up damaged?

Tell us within 72 hours of delivery and send photos. If the return is approved we pay the return shipping, and the refund goes back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days after we have inspected the item.
