Every Atomisticai parcel travels with a tracking number. It is emailed to you the moment the box leaves us — normally within 0-1 business days of the order — and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Paste the number below and we will send you straight to the carrier that is holding it.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
How it works
- Order confirmation — sent straight after checkout, carrying your order number.
- Shipping confirmation — sent when the parcel is handed to the carrier, carrying the tracking number.
- On the road — the carrier updates the record at each scan, from the first pickup through to the doorstep.
Nothing is moving
A new number can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, so a quiet first day is normal rather than a problem. If several days pass with no update, or the parcel is marked delivered and is nowhere to be found, write to support@atomisticai.com with your order number and we will open an inquiry with the carrier and stay on it until there is an answer.
