Checkout at Atomisticai should take a minute and hold no surprises. This page says what we take, who handles it, when the money moves and what the total covers.

Security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which operates to PCI-DSS standards. The connection is protected by SSL/TLS encryption from your browser through to the processor, and we do not store full payment card details on our servers at any point. What reaches us is the result of the transaction, not the card behind it.

Prices and what the total includes

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The total you approve at checkout is the product price plus any applicable sales tax — standard shipping is free within the United States, and there are no handling charges, service fees or surprises added after the fact.

When your card is charged

Payment is taken at checkout, when you confirm the order. A confirmation email follows within a few minutes; if it does not arrive, check the spam or junk folder before assuming something went wrong.

If a payment is declined

• Check that the billing details match the ones your bank holds, down to the postal code.
• Make sure funds are available on the card.
• Look for a block or a limit set by your bank or card issuer, which is the most common cause.
• Try one of the other methods listed above.

If the payment still fails, your bank can tell you why faster than we can. Write to support@atomisticai.com if you would rather we looked into it from this side.
