These Terms govern your use of atomisticai.com and any order you place through it. Using the site means you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If any part of them does not suit you, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Atomisticai is the trading name of SUNSPICE LLC, based in FINDLAY, OH. We sell Precision Desk & Tools products through this online store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that the information you give us — name, addresses, contact and payment details — is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep it that way.

3. Your account

If you open an account, the login credentials are yours to protect, and anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Write to support@atomisticai.com the moment you suspect someone else has access.

4. Products and availability

Products are described on their own pages, using the specifications supplied to us. We may change, update or withdraw a listing at any time and without prior notice. Colors on a screen are an approximation of the article itself, and small manufacturing tolerances are normal.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax unless a page states otherwise. The full amount — product price plus any tax — is displayed at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, and we reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing or description error even after an order has been placed; if we do, you may cancel instead of proceeding.

6. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation, not when the checkout thanks you, and we may decline an order — where an item is out of stock, where the price was plainly wrong, or where a transaction appears fraudulent.

To cancel, write to support@atomisticai.com as soon as possible. An order that has already been processed or shipped may be past the point of cancellation.

7. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments over an SSL-encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant connection, and full card details are never stored on our servers. There are no hidden fees: every charge is displayed before you confirm the order.

8. Shipping

We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states, using a single free standard service with no minimum order value. International shipping is not offered and there is no expedited option. Processing takes 0-1 business days and transit 2-3 business days. See the Shipping Policy for the detail.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damage in transit and wrong items received, within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind and personal preference are not covered. The Refund & Returns Policy sets out the conditions, timeframes and the steps to follow.

10. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity of any kind.
• No interference with the security, integrity or operation of the site.
• No scraping, copying or republishing of site content without written permission.
• No uploading of malicious software or code intended to damage a system.
• No attempt to reach any part of the site, server or account you are not authorized to reach.

11. Intellectual property

The text, product photography, graphics, layout and logos on this site are owned by or licensed to Atomisticai and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the products are supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep descriptions accurate and the site running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we give no warranty beyond those implied by law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Atomisticai nor SUNSPICE LLC shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase of a product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue and loss of profits, however that liability is said to arise.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUNSPICE LLC, its officers and its staff against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

15. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, what we do with it and how it is protected.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. The amended version appears on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the site after that point constitutes your acceptance of it.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Ohio.
